Buca Di Beppo

Well I didn't make this delicious meal, but it was good enough I felt I should blog about it. At the beginning of May Chris, his Dad (from Fresno) and Sister Tammy (from NY) all met up in Anaheim for the California Dental Ass0ciation Convention. They had a lot of fun talking "teeth" together and after the convention was over I joined them for a USC Social Hour. It was fun to meet all my Father-in-laws old college buddies and hear how things have changed around the Dental School. (I know Chris LOVED it) After the USC party we headed over to Buca Di Beppo's for dinner. We weren't too hungry so we all shared a salad and the Alfredo pizza which was DELICIOUS. Kinda weird because it had potato chips on top, but hey the rest was great. I may have to try making my own one day and I promise you all will be the first to hear how it goes (well actually my Mom and my Sister will, but you'll be high up on the list)
