Lemon Pepper Fish with Mashed potatoes

I wish I could tell you that this recipe is more in depth than it really is. It isn't an original idea, just just an idea to help you when you get in a rut and want to try something else.

Talapia fillets
Lemon pepper seasoning

Mashed potatoes

It is as simple as thaw the fillets (if frozen), sprinkle with seasoning, place in a 9x13 baking dish (spray with pam so that the fish doesn't stick) Sprinkle a little water in the bottom of the dish and cover with foil. Bake for about 20 minutes or until fish is flaky.
