1 lb ground beef (I use ground turkey)
1 Package Ramon Noodles
2 cup frozen corn (in a measuring cup then fill with water)
1 can stewed tomatos (mashed)
*Extra water if needed
Fry ground meat until no longer pink. Sprinkle with seasoning from Ramon noodle package. Salt a pepper to taste.
Mash up stewed tomatoes (I put them in my little food processor and mash them that way.) Pour over meat. Add corn w/water and stir all together. Once mixed add the roman noodles. Push down into the juices, cover and let cook for 5 minutes. Take off lid and mix in cooked noodles. Place lid back on and let cook about 15 minutes longer or until noodles are done.
