I'm becoming a huge fan of Panko Bread Crumbs. I love the crispy texture and very much so appreciate that I don't have to deep fry them to get that way. I've started using them to bread almost everything. My chicken ceasar meatballs, onion rings and my latest and most favorite of them all.......Zucchini Sticks!!!!

YUMMY!! I dipped them in a little egg then coated with the panko crumbs mixed with some onion and garlic powder. I sprayed a little cooking oil on the top to help the brown, but it didn't need much.
Such a healthy and delicious addition to any dinner!!!!
