I like FREE!!!!

So today KFC was giving away 1 piece of their new grilled chicken for free. Chris and I stopped on our way home from school and picked up a piece for each of us. I figured rather than just eat it for a snack we could turn it into dinner. I cut the chicken into pieces, added some lettuce, grated carrots and Chinese noodles. Mixed it all with a little dressing and WAALAAA turned our free chicken into Chinese Chicken salad.


Tomorrow El Pollo Loco is giving away TWO pieces of chicken, 2 tortillas and salsa. I plan to stop on my way home and turn that chicken into tortilla soup.
