This week in class we made cakes for Easter. I was pretty excited with the different techniques we used, but as always we only have so much time to decorate our cakes. I'm very proud of my Easter Egg cake and think it looks like those sugar Easter eggs that are hollow and have a design in the middle. I don't know how to explain it, but if you have ever seen one you'll know what I am talking about.
I don't have class next week due to spring break, so maybe I'll make a cake here at home. If I do I'll be sure to post a picture. If not, I'll post again in two weeks.
