So last week I got a craving for turkey and stuffing. Pretty much, I wanted Thanksgiving in March. Well, the great thing about being me, is there are no boundaries to what I'll cook and when. So I made it happen. It was delicious and even though a few friends thought I was weird, it was totally worth it. I had never made this meal before and actually hadn't helped my mom very much over the years either. It made for an interesting challenge, but I figured better to learn now than wait until I have guests waiting at the table to eat. So needless to say I'll wait until closer to Thanksgiving to share what I did since most of you won't be even thinking about Turkey till then. If you do need it before then let me know and I'll gladly help you out.
